Due to the nature of prize competitions, WINNABOOST LTD maintains a strict no-return and no-refund policy. Once an entry is submitted and payment is completed, the transaction is final and cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded under any circumstances.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If the item you receive is damaged or has a defect, please reach out to our customer support team at contact@winnadream.com. We will review your case and may offer a solution, which could include a repair, a replacement, or a refund, based on our assessment.

3. Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

Should you receive an item that is incorrect or missing components, please notify our support team at contact@winnadream.com. We will look into the issue and may provide a resolution such as a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

4. Shipping Responsibility

Shipping responsibility does not cover the costs associated with returning items, or for shipping replacements or repairs. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all returned products are securely packaged and insured to avoid any damage during shipping.

5. Refund Timeline

If a refund is granted, it will be issued within 14 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
